As you all know, The Hobbit released today.
A few weeks ago, I bought this Rolling Stones magazine about it from Costco, and have been carrying it around with me at school for the past 2 days.
Today, me, , , and were in science and, being the nerds we are, we were spazzing all day about The Hobbit and stuff.
So of course one of the other nerd people in science brings up the Hobbit and starts this discussion on it, which included the teacher.
Of course, since i had been carring the magazine around all day, I show it to the teacher.
If you havent seen the magazine, its has the picture of Martin Freeman holding 'Sting' on the cover.
As soon as i hold it up, she goes, 'isnt he just the perfect hobbit? he's such a good actor! have you ever seen him as Watson in Sherlock?'
And then, all us Sherlockians in the class start to spazz.
I have asked my english teacher from last year, who seems to love Sherlock Holmes, and the school librarian if they had seen Sherlock, and both have said no.
I honestly never would have thought that my scence teacher would watch it.
After class, I started to talk to her about Sherlock and stuff and found out that she was also a Whovian!
(though apparently she prefers classic Who over the newer ones)
I now know of two whovian teachers at my school.
I feel so accomplished!!!!
...though apparently the other teacher has never seen the new version Doctor Who.....

A song we had to listen to in Japanese today.
It gets stuck in your head after a while.....

The Name of the Doctor
I just finished watching the season finale of Doctor Who, and I cannot begin to describe my mental state.
The feels are so over whelming.

I have managed to somewhat compose myself....
If Madame Vasta asked me to describe what I'm going through right now in one word, my answer would be this:
Moffat.
I'm pretty sure Moffat made it so emotionally damaging that you wouldn't even ask the question:
Why the hell was John Hurt there?!?!?!
I mean he turns around, it's John Hurt, and it freeze-frames and says John
Into Fandom
I just got back from seeing Star Trek: Into Darkness with ~Picklemind (https://www.deviantart.com/picklemind),:iconakaruininja:,:iconsocksthechung:,:iconiamthebirdofhermes:, and a few others.
And I must say, it was AMAZING!
The writing, effects, and actors had improved since their first movie back in 2009.
I shall be writing a review for this in the hope of actually making a decent Tumblr blog and I don't want to give too much away, however I will say that if you were a hard core Trekkie of the Original Series, Next Generation, Deep Space Nine, and all that good stuff, but hated the first of these movies, you will probably enjoy this one.
Basically it's a great big refere
The Sherlocked Science Teacher Part Two
So a while back a posted a journal about my science teacher who is a mega nerd.
From what she's said she is a Whovian, Trekkie, Lord of the Rings nerd, and a Sherlock geek.
Somehow, I think partially due to a powerpoint made by ~AkaruiNinja (https://www.deviantart.com/akaruininja), the conversation turned to Benedict Cumberbatch and all things Sherlock.
So me, :iconakaruininja:, :iconpicklemind:, two of our other friends, and our science teacher are all standing or sitting in the back of the room fangirling over Benedict Cumberbatch, Martin Freeman's adorableness, Sherlock, The Hobbit, and Star Trek.
It was quite beautiful, all of us loudly expressing our feels for the need
Rant On My Week
I've been thinking of posting various poems on here since its been a while since I've posted anything, but I keep forgetting to write said poems.... There have been a couple events this week which I was going to write one about, but like I said, I keep forgetting........
So like, this week has been interesting......
It started out simple enough:
We had monday off from school for MLK day, so ~AkaruiNinja (https://www.deviantart.com/akaruininja) and I went to the mall to buy stuff, trolled some people, i.e. the guy who works at vitamin world, and ate DINNER.
I ended up getting a TON of Doctor Who stuff such as some socks, a t-shirt, as well as a bow tie, allong with some oth
